The top-charging electric arc furnace mainly includes these operations, such as lifting and rotating the furnace cover, charging the basket, tapping from the tapping spout or EBT tapping and electrode lifting and lowering etc. The furnace cover can be lifted and opened through rotating, making it convenient for feeding and observing the situation inside the furnace. The electrode lifting adopts hydraulic driving operation, which can achieve precise electrode position adjustment and control. In addition, the top-charging electric arc furnace also adopts steel-supported copper tube-type or composite plate-type conductive cross arm structure, and large section water-cooled cables, etc. to improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.
